most useless thread ever.. lol
i bring the same stuff as you but i also bring water. (LOTS of water)

who cares what you bring?

Ooh, school supplies are fun!
(Yeah, that was nerdy.)

Pens: black, green, blue, red.

Pencils

Mini-stapler

4-5 spiral notebooks

Calculators

Drink - either Monster, water, or coffee if it's a morning class and still hot

Granola bars and Starbursts that usually end up being stolen

Texts

Homework

Purse (with nail polish, makeup, etc)

Yeah, I expect everyone else's will be somewhat similar.

This is what I bring: :)

Everyone should do the same.

So, you sacrifice your participation grade nom?

A classic novel so I'm doing something productive for the day, rather than listening to a teacher ramble on straight from a textbook.

A pillow. I sleep in all but one of my classes every day.

I simply claw on my desktop and hope that my scratches are legible and mildly coherent.

-> :)

whatever's in my backpack... basically a water bottle, some pencils and pens, cell. a textbook or notebook if i have/need one for the class, most likely not. a novel to read in my 11 studies a week. ahaha

I have back problems, so I bring a pull-along bag to school. It's, umm, really big, so I tend to get teased about it. "Going on a trip?" people ask me. "Nope," I reply, "moving in."

your schools let you guys bring cell phones and food to class? lol

My school does - it's incredibly embarassing when we're taking a test and a student is being called by their parents in regards to errands and then the student is humiliated and mildly frustrated by the situation and turns beat red while everyone sniggers at the said person because they are all to familiar with it at this ethnically diverse and technologically savvy high school.

my pillow in the shape of a backpack
my game loaded calculator
my pen spinning pen that writes
my even better pen spinning pen that doesnt write
my lunch

Cell phones are banned at our school (during class hours) and eating is at the discretion of the teacher. Some let us and some don't. Our english teacher only lets us eat healthy food.

I carried a backpack until I got back from winter break this year. It was the last week of semester and I only carried a tote with a small binder and a couple notebooks... surprise surprise my back didn't hurt nearly as much as when I had the backpack. I'm sticking to my tote bag. :)

Inside you'd find...
a pencil case with pens/pencils/whiteout/calculator/etc
a binder with the stuff from the current week
notebooks (2)
iPod mini (essential for quiet work!)
wallet
novels we're reading in class
water
maybe something to snack on

As for textbooks, I just carry them between my classes and my locker... lucky me I got a locker on the main floor this year (not the 3rd lol). Same with my flute/violin and other random sports or music things.

Wow, I bring almost nothing compared to you guys!

Textbook
Folder OR Binder, not both, lol.
Pen (and a pencil if it's math or test day)

A lot of people carry backpacks around, but I don't. I like going to my locker between every class.

spiral notebook
calculator
textbook as needed

Textbook(s)

Some kind of notebook to write on

Pens and lots and lots of highlighters

Calculator.. it's just always in my bag

WATER

School planner

Lipbalm

You guys don't bring yourselves to class? Cause I do. =)

most of this stuff is always in my backpack anyway:
textbook(s)
notebook
folder
pens/pencils
school planner
water bottle (it's technically illegal at our school, but i break the rules hehe)
graphing calculator
sometimes a free reading book
purse with cell phone, wallet, car keys (for convenience's sake, I don't lock my locker, but that also means I need to carry around my purse because I'm afraid it'll be stolen)
