<p>I’ve recently picked up experimenting with making my own chocolate. I’m unfortunately allergic to dairy and soy, so I’m working on creating allergen-free chocolates with crazy flavors (things like chili dark chocolate, green tea white chocolate, etc). Sadly, chocolate tempering takes quite a bit of time without fancy equipment (I think prices start at around $600 and go up to $2000), so I only feel comfortable playing around with flavors when I have the whole day free. Good thing it’s still summer vacation for me! :)</p>
