What do you do if you only have one academic award/honor?

I am filling out my applications for colleges and they ask you to "Describe any prizes, scholastic honors, and recognitions received." The problem is I was homeschooled for two years of high school and the other two I went to an extremely small charter school. That being said, the only academic award I have received is getting straight A's (Dean's list) every quarter at the charter school. The only other awards I have are from my piano teacher and I don't know how credible that would be. So what should I do? What counts as something that can be put in this field? Is there something I might not be thinking of?

If you were home schooled and then went to a small school, then it’s fine if you don’t have many awards. Most people don’t have an on-going list of awards or merits (despite what this website may lead you to believe…). Whatever you have is fine, just be honest.
