<p>Note that in this case, 9 of her tormentors are now being charged with crimes ranging from criminal harassment to stalking to violation of civil rights to statutory rape. Eight out of the nine are not yet 18 years old. So as you can see, bullying is not just ridiculous behavior, it is also criminal behavior.</p>
