I have two quizes coming up this week and I've put a lot of time and effort into studying the material. I don't understand the biology part and I honestly don't think I will anytime soon... and I'm just generally having trouble remembering what I read for my English notes. I feel hopeless for both quizes. This is the final week for grades too, so I'm definately worried.

Any advice or tips? What do you do when you're stressed over school?

-Unit test for AP World
-Midterm for AP World
-Final exam for science, math, and English
-Boatload of AP work due on Tuesday that I need to finish while studying.

Just keep on studying, maybe get someone else to ask you questions and you to answer them until you’ve got it down.

Take a full break from all of my work. Whether it’s taking a nap, going for a run, reading a religious text, reading a good book, talking to a friend or writing something in a journal. Take a break and do something relaxing that you love and clear your mind, and remind yourself what you’re doing this all for and then start working. Don’t push yourself too hard!

I go out with friends to get my mind off work, then am able to work. Or I exercise…cardiovascular activity is one of the best ways to relieve stress and to restore focus.

Where do you go when you need a better explanation of something you’re learning in school? I know some people use YouTube for math or sparknotes for English but what do you use for science?
