What Do You Fear Most About?

<p>At the moment: Where the hell my idiotic brother went. It’s around 11:00 PM and he still hasn’t come home.</p>

<p>Two things.</p>

<p>One, a very very weird fear of heights. When I’m up somewhere high, it’s just the normal concern that there’s a slim chance I might fall. Not really a fear. But when I look UP. Oh. Em. Gee. If I’m standing on the ground, it scares me to death to look up at the sky (especially at night, when you can see the stars) or at anything significantly tall. I don’t even know how to describe it - it’s like I’m scared of ‘falling’ upwards, and I don’t even notice there’s an ‘up’ until I see something that tall.</p>

<p>Two, insects. I’d rather drink vomit for a week than look at an insect. Spiders don’t really freak me out THAT much, but insects scare me to death.</p>

<p>-Failure. And I keep thinking that I’m not going to get into any colleges, or at least none that I want to go to.
-Loud noises. Long story.
-Large bugs/spiders.
-Being in water deeper than I can stand in. Not because I can’t swim, but because I don’t like not seeing what’s under my feet. Lakes and oceans are bad ideas. Unless, of course, the water is strangely clear.
-The unknown. I hate surprises.
-being attacked, which is usually the only type of bad dream I have.</p>

<p>I have conversations with my fears.</p>

<p>Death
Not getting into any of my colleges
Losing my voice (I’m a singer)
Being pregnant
Not passing my classes
Not graduating high school</p>

<p>I’m afraid of failing more than death. Failing as in academics. Also, rejection from all colleges, not having enough extracurriculars, etc, are my main fears for now.</p>

<p>I have an obscure fear of getting pregnant…without ever having sex 0.o</p>

<p>It’s true I swear. I’ve had dreams…or err nightmares.</p>

<p>hmm… its gotta be not making it to any college/university…funny story,all my life i studied in canada and now my parents are allowing only saudi universities for me (pretty good, not as good as the top 20s!)! damn it! the only time im going out side saudi is for grad studies :frowning: </p>

<p>they also use a different test here for admissions (similar to the SAT) based on THEIR curriculum (which includes damn GEOLOGY! wth?) but im kind of safe 'cause its available in english as well, I hope I make it to KFUPM or KAU ChemE depts.</p>
