i'm interested in IR(Internatiional Relationship), but frankly speaking, i don't know anythin about it-0-;;;
what kind of jobs can someone do with an IR major, and which schools are best known for it????

IR is one of the many liberal arts degrees where few people actually end up doing something in it for a career. The big jobs people think about when they hear IR are working in the UN, being an ambassador, and anything to do with foreign language. There's a lot more options, but I don't know a huge amount about it. Another thing about majoring in IR is you will have to become proficient in a language, in every single program. A lot of schools require a study abroad, and almost all of them high reccomend it. IR is a huge field to double-major in. Not a lot of people just have an IR degree :)

schools with good humanities / government type programs will give you a good IR education. Also you can't really go wrong with a school in DC.
