So far, I have gotten into two schools: UMich and Case Western Reserve U.
I got into UMich honors, but I received the president's scholarship at Case for 4 years. Both are phenomenal schools, but as of now, I don't know which one I should attend. I personally like both. So...which would you choose?

Oh and i'm a michigan resident and i want to go to med school, so I would like to know which is better in my case

Of course, I'm very biased as a Michigan alum, but from what I've read here on CC re: the overall college experience at CWRU, I don't think it can be compared to Michigan...not even in the same league. Congrats on that Case scholarship, but Michigan Honors is also an excellent opportunity.

Have you visited both? Colleges usually have special programs for admitted students. This could help you make up your mind.

Perhaps you could check out websites like princetonreview, campusdirt, and studentsreview or books at the bookstore of the "what these colleges are really like" ilk, and this would help you decide. If the programs are equivalent in terms of academics in your mind, then you need to find other factors that would lead you to one or the other.

My daughter had a tough choice between two schools. She did the reading I suggested, studied the actual course offerings in her prospective field to see if one had the edge there, and also thought about some other factors -- the distribution requirements, the programs in her sport, the climate, etc. It ended up that the decision wasn't that tough after all!

This sounds like one of those decisions you will have to make for yourself. It comes down to what would be the best fit for you, where you would be happiest.
