How good are my chances?

Your GPA and rigor of classes makes you fairly competitive for all of these schools. Class rank is good as well. ECs seem like they’re consistent and take up most of your time, which is also good. I think for all of these schools you’ve got pretty good chances. If anything, your ACT is on the low side for these schools, but the rest of your application should keep you competitive. The only one that is a little worrisome is UNC because it is extremely difficult to get into unless you’re in state. But otherwise, you have a great chance of getting into the other ones.
