Well, I think it would be a safety for you, in fact, by some standards you may even be “overqualified” for Syracuse (its happened in the past), not to say anything bad about it (its my top choice :D) but eaither way, if there is such thing as a “shoo in” then it might be you. My cousin had about the same GPA, but his EC’s were practically non existent, except for band, your EC’s are incredible. my cousin wrote great essays to make up for his lack of activities and had nice rec’s, he even only took the SAT’s once at the last minute. In addition to his essays he extablished good communication with his schools of choice and nailed the interviews where they were offered. In the end he got into every ivy as well as stanford, emory and UC Berkley (I think only NYU rejected him). In the end he chose UPenn (i dont know why either lol) but still, if anything the only things you have to worry about are your writting skills and your confidence, which are probably good anyway and could take you to harvard. i know someone else who got in SU with crappy grades, a total contrast, so I guess anything does go in the admissions process…</p>
