What do you like about Brown?

I have my interview in a couple of days. So plz post your answer…

Diversity everywhere you look (though that's probably the most cliche answer.)

relaxed atmosphere, open cirriculum, providence...

The no requirements thing. Don't say that specifically though. Just say it indirectly like "The fact that Brown considers students mature enough to design my own curriculum"

Absolutely everything about it.
The Ling & Cognitive Sci dept.
Open curriculum.
Funny students.
Providence.
Blah blah.
The only thing I'm not sure I like is the SexPowerGod. But who knows if I'm gonna be hooked on it later:D

SexPowerGod is amazing. I have to admit i was a bit intimidated by it, but once I got there, it was awesome.

Amazing in what way?;) Go on, I need info for the interview:D

Oohhhhhhh, what is the SexPowerGod? I've heard about it before.

personally i don't really like Brown. i just needed some stuff. ty

Well, personally, I don't think you should apply to a school that you don't like.

2 Coquettish: Search wikipedia for it :)

yeah, i don't think it's something you really want to discuss in the interview. Although if your interviewer is really young, it might be fun to ask them if they went to it.

Haha, good idea;) In fact I'd like to steer clear of sex and drinking in the four/five years at college (but it looks like you'll have a hard time refusing a drink at Brown;))
Gosh, I'm frankly surprised...could anyone NOT like Brown...seriously? And then you would go ahead and apply there just the same:O

MIT_Dreamer...what? I was referring to what missme said.

its actually quite easy to refuse a drink at Brown. At least my roommate has been doing that since he got here.

OK, I misunderstood.

Well your roommate is a loser and he is really missing out.

how about we stop giving her ideas if she doesnt want to go to brown?

bobX3, I totally agree. Missme, why don't you spend time applying to colleges you would actually ENJOY attending? You're wasting your time, your parent's money, and Brown's time by applying to Brown.

Sure, just miss out on the best parts of college. I mean it only happens once, it's not a big deal really.
