<p>Hey kwyml, I played the violin for about ten years now. and most of the segregation is probably self-made. Obviously, me being an Asian, I would want to hang out more with my own race than others, since we would share more in common in culture and values. So I don't necessarily call that segregation.
But I have a friend whose brother is at UT right now. According to him, there is a prof at UT who has stereotypes.
1) if she has a computer problem, she always asks an Asian for help.
2) If she has a low grade paper with no name, she always ask the african-americans first.
Interesting, huh?</p>
