I wear whatever I darn well feel like wearing; the less it matches, the better. If it's uncomfortable, I would never wear it.

If I had a choice, I would just wear formal clothing, because I like the way it feels.

I'm pretty into fashion
evidenced by my username

I wear a LOT of tights---under long tunic tops, minidresses, and shorts. usually darkwash jeans with a variety of tops and cute hoodies. cardigans+tanks+contrasting belt combos. etc...
H&M, Nordstroms, Anthro, Target, Free People, UO, AE, Delias, F21, Jcrew, American Apparel, random stuff, things I make
lots of diff shoes. converses are the usual along with my everlasting black patent pointy toe flats. I have a bunch of other flats, some pumps for dressy days, tan slouchy leather boots, wellies, and black oxford style heels

romanigypsyeyes....have you tried delia's jeans? my bff is a tad under 5'11" and basically only wears them since they're the only ones that fit her. And same for me---I'm only 5'. They have great variety of sizing, and their skinny jeans are some of the few that actualyl fit well and look good.

I wear bargain jeans and t-shirts because it's my senior year and I just don't care anymore... haha in fact most of the senior girls I've noticed have been wearing sweats, sneakers and gym clothes to school.

But I wouldn't consider myself an over-achiever; I do enough work to get to where I want to be and only work hard at the things I really enjoy, like art and English. But coming from 8 years of parochial school, public high school was ridiculously easy.

I OWN AE, Abercrombie, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, Anthropolige, and Hollister with soem NY and Company but I WEAR random hoodies and baggy jeans. My parents enjoy buying me stuff from these stores but I am just too damn lazy to layer, and organize, and plan out these stupid outfits that I usually just throw on something and run.

i don't know if i qualify for the 'overachiever' catagory. but probably close.

most of the stuff i wear and own r from abercrombie and hollister. it's either that or really cheap sweats (i have to wear 'em for gym and since i have gym first period, i get lazy and i normally don't feel like changing afterwards).

Jeans everyday usually.. Then Ts, LS, Hoodies, cute shirts, school shirts, depends.. I usually go out and dress spirity for the games tho (Jerseys, jeans or skirts, hair cute & cheerleader-y).

My favorite brands are American Eagle and Hollister.. But I also shop at Forever 21, Kohls, Aero, and wherever. I'm not too too picky, I just have issues finding clothes that I like and that fit me..

Oh and I also wear High Heels everday..

Old Navy jeans, t-shirts from random events (math contests, videogame logos, etc) and a giant, three sizes too big sweatshirt. That way, I don't have to worry about whether my shirt is riding up during a test, or something. It's just more comfortable to look like a bit of a slob - it also helps me come off as a not-obnoxious smart person rather than the incredibly obnoxious, incredibly rich smart kids that populate the honors classes...

And here I was thinking talking too much and being a teacher's pet made one an annoying overachiever but apparently looking 'rich' does too. Interesting. At my school there's really no connection between wealth and smarts. truth to be told, most of the 'better dressed' girls are usually the stereotypical dumb blondes more than anything.

Well, i love clothes and shoes. I seriously have about 80 pairs of shoes. It's disgusting. I just got a pair of red sequin converse, and they are awesome.

I sometimes feel like I spend too much on clothes, but I try to be smart. Infact, I got some $200 true religion jeans for 75% off today (skinny of course). I love department stores especially Nordstrom, and Marshall Fields when it existed. I like shopping in local boutiques, and free people is one of my favorite brands. I used to like Urban Outfitters a lot, but now I think they're a bit overated. I'm also a HUGE fan of J.Crew.

I don't think how you dress should have anything to do with the way you dress, so don't judge by outward appearances, y'all!

Tight clothes to show my hot bod.

[Guy]

Underachiever though.

J.Crew

Urban Outfitters

That's what everyone wears in my school.

I'm not sure I'd call myself an overachiever (only a 3.8 W! =O), but this thread is funny, so I thought I'd post in it too.

jeans, t-shirt/long sleeve shirt, denim jacket/sweatshirt, sneakers

I'll get shirts from Macy's, Pacsun, GAP, or even Eddie Bauer if I'm looking for something solid-colored. As for jeans, I get them from "the crap" because the jeans at the department stores don't fit me well.

As school has begun to pile on lately I have resorted to jeans, a T-shirt, and a hoodie every day... I used to wear Gap and AE though. Now it takes too much coordination. =P

HA funny.

well most of the time I wear a UNIFORM!! yay :D

haha

MOst of my other clothes seem to be Anthropologie or Burberry or Urban Outfitters.

However- I don't consider myself to be an overachiever..

uniform skirt, j.crew sweater, thin white v-neck tee, tights and ballet flats in winter/sperry top-siders in spring

I feel naked without my uniform

I'm the val at my school in Hawaii. I wear cargo shorts/quiksilver tshirts to school.

i wear sweatpants and a zip-up sweatshirt pretty much everyday.......

i'm told that i look like a slob... but i can't find the time to care :) (too much time spent OVERACHIEVING!!!)

i almost ALWAYS wear a victoria secret pink sweatshirt, or hollister sweatshirt with a pair of jeans. about twice a week i wear the sweatshirt with sweatpants.

and about once a month i try to dress up to look nice.

sweatpants or jeans along with a pullover hoodie

ballet flats, flip-flops, or Nike Shox

the occasional stylish outfit ;)

I wish I never got into fashion, lol. Sometimes when I workout wearing sweats, sneakers, and a hoodie, I get memories of how comfortable it was wearing that 24/7 and I want to go to the mall like that one day to re-live myself, lol.
