<p>Tulane is committed to making a world-class education accessible to all students who qualify to attend, regardless of family income. For incoming 2009 freshmen, we are offering “no loan” tuition to those students whose families earn less than $75,000 per year and who complete the two required financial aid application forms (FAFSA and CSS Profile). For these students, Tulane ensures that the cost of tuition, fees and transportation will be met with a combination of Tulane scholarship, the family’s institutional expected family contribution (EFC), certain federal grants and/or ROTC scholarship.

in addition to all the merit $$ they offer. Tulane’s admit rate was only about $25% last year, but I agree with xiggi-- its probably not “prestigious” enough for dadII’s “friend”… who may be looking at a list for next year…</p>
