Hi, I am about to go into my Senior year, and I have recently taken my ACT and SAT (the SAT I have taken twice) and now I am wondering what my chances of getting into Rice are with my current "resume." I feel like it does not measure up to some of the other kids' who have attended highly competitive high schools; honeslty, some of the awards and clubs I have seen under similar questions as mine, I have not even heard of... I feel a bit under qualified now...
So I just copied and pasted one of those accepted/rejected outlines in another forum to show what mine may look like in the future to ask for a second opinion:

SAT: 2130 (superscored)
ACT: 30
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.24
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): 9/565
AP (place score in parentheses): World History (4), US History (), English Language and Composition (), Computer Science (), English and Literature(), European History(), Calculus BC (), Government(), Economics(), Environmental Science()
Senior Year Course Load: AP Computer Science III, AP European History, AP Calculus BC, AP Government and Economics, Creative Writing, AP Environmental Science, AP English Language and Literature
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.):
National Hispanic Scholar (They notified me and I have already submitted my application),
It's not a for-sure thing yet, but my PSAT score also qualifies for National Merit Commended, so I am expecting to be notified in September about that...
And AP scores are not out yet, but I believe I will be at least an AP Scholar.

I am also in the midst of creating a mentorship/tutoring program to aid the large portion of my school that is struggling academically and to act as an early intervention for 8th and 9th grader; I have met with my principal and I have given a presentation to the rest of the staff at a faculty meeting to get it on board, as well as have gotten permission to announce it to the parents at my school's Open House a week before school starts; it should be functional this upcoming school year. <----- what I view as my biggest accomplishment, and something I truly enjoy and feel will make a difference

Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): I am not sure if this really is applicable, but I did not know where else to mention it: my younger brother has Down Syndrome, and so I have helped take care of him his whole life. I do not really view this as a big deal since it really is the way it's always been for me, but my parents insist that colleges may view that favorably, since being responsible for him is a bit out of the ordinary. So now I am just wondering how colleges would view it? He will no doubt play a big part in my essays, since he has played a huge role in my life and my values.
