I had that when we lived (if you consider being there for a super long time, but not a year living there) in CA they had something similar to what you describe.

Tomato Juice… You tell me ONE thing that is > than Tomato juice, I will find a reason to send you to hell.

i love coffee and tea. Arizona green tea is my favorite (but not diet, Arizona Diet Green Tea positively SUCKS!)

my fave from Starbucks is the gingerbread latte. sadly, it is seasonal, so i will otherwise get the white chocolate mocha, iced black tea lemonade or a cold vanilla bean latte (thos last two are in the summer).

i looove tomato soup, but tomato juice is one thing i CAN’T do.

Anyone here a fan of lychee juice? that’s what i alwyas get with my sushi :)

lychees are amazing. but they’re really hard to find. starbucks is for business people who have no time to taste their coffee. but their mixed smoothies/lattes are AMAZING!!

tea is ok. i add raspberry extract when my mommy isn’t looking. then i pretend to love the tea… :)

i actually like mcdonalds hot chocolate and chick-fil-a milkshakes.

but tropical smoothie kicks butt

yeah it’s okay. I hate it that McDs has started to try to make their coffee choices more Starbucksy. if i want a latte, i most certainly will NOT get it at McDs.

omg, chick-fil-a is to DIE for…
i’m going to miss it so much when i go to bs…

haha. my friend ordered an iced latte at McD on a field trip, and she said it tasted like caffeinated water. then she tried to fix it by adding sugar (we had to put in 10 packs before it was drinkable). then we gave up and gave it to the guys, who said it tasted good…

WOW. that sucks. i hate McDs. Wendy’s and BK are so much better.

of course none of them compare to Lee’s, but I don’t expect any of you to know what that is, it being a local (to the greater new orleans area) chain with just a few locatons.

i love this one place in toronto (dk if there’s any more throughtout canada) called pizzapizza. it’s so amazing!!! gotta love cheap pizza by the slice.

We have the most amazing little place where I live. It’s called the Library Coffee House. I don’t drink coffee, but I love this place. They have shelves of books going around the back half of the store with couches and tables. The front half is a little nicknack shop and the counter to order. I love their Mexican Hot Chocolate and breakfast burritos. They have amazingly lovely cinnamon roles also. It’s to die for.

Don’t try to tell me you guys don’t like McD’s fries. I play three sports, varsity on two, yearly… I don’t get any good food till summer, and even then I have to tone it down for cross country in the fall. I CRAVE good food like no other. The two week interim between sports its awesome.

wow deprivation much? McDs fries are too greasy, i get sick. their chicken is low-quality (i always get chicken sandwiches at Wendy’s or Chicken Fries at BK, idk why) too. I LOVE Rally’s but I really can’t have it often just because it’s soooo greasy. like fries are 65% grease.

I made it seem a bit worse that it is. It is like that during cross country, swimming is a lot better. Then again I’m not a varsity swimmer.

McD fries are a guilty pleasure. same with the chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. grease makes them good! but then i try to run and swim it off

i haven’t been to mcdonald’s in 2 yrs…
the only fast food places i go to are… chick-fil-a and the occasional burger king… but i haven’t been to both in a couple months.

wow. i’m really not athletic, so i can’t run or swim it off. So I don’t have much (plus the grease really does make me sick). haha when we visited the south this winter break, it gained at least five pounds! i had just missed the food so much (and i had actually lost a little weight upon moving)

Chick-fil-a is a bit expensive for its quality.

At Izzy Busy Bee: In varsity, they are really strict on what we eat. It truly does help, not swallowing pure, but delicious, grease.

yeah, when i was moving up on my swim team we started taking nutrition classes. we had to bring banana’s to meets and avoid drinking water. we had gatorade instead…

haha izzy busy bee…
i don’t do anything to burn it off either ^^
that’s why i’m always so careful when i eat…

same here. but i mean, it’s more fun to exercise than it is to calculate how many calories are in a fry.
