What do you think I should do?

Well the October SAT scores came out today and I'm starting to worry. I really wanted to early decide an ivy league but I don't know if that such a smart choice now.

SAT I:
Math 740
Critical Reading 680
Writing 620

SAT II:
Math IIC 760
Math IC 750
US History 710
Biology 630

AP:
US History 4
Environmental Science 4
Calculus BC 3 AB subscore 4
Literature and Composition 3
Biology 3

Grades:
Weighted GPA 4.34
Non Wieghted GPA 3.89
Class Rank Top 4%

Extracurriculars:
Vice President of largest community service club on my campus
Tennis team, most improved player award
Astronomy team volunteer at local observatory
1st chair alto saxophone for 3 years in school orchestra

I always dreamed of going to Princeton but my chances look extremely small now, especially with the new SAT I score. I'm trying to decide whether to early decide an ivy league. I'm very interested in Cornell, but Columbia also looks like a good choice. Otherwise I'm looking at the UCs since I live in California and a few others such as Dartmouth. What would you do in my situation? Do you have any recommendations any prospective colleges that are not on my list? I"m planning on taking the SAT I again in December in time for the regular decisions and hopefully my score will increase. Otherwise the above profile is pretty much set in stone. Thanks for your opinions.

wurst88:

UCB/UCLA: Match
UCSD: Safe Match
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Safety
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Super Safety

If you want an Ivy, Cornell ED isn't a bad choice. Your scores are fine for Cornell, and the acceptance rate is relatively high. Columbia, Dartmouth, and Princeton would be reaches, early or regular. I don't know anything about the UC's, but I would take Cornell over any of them.
