So, I am currently enrolled in Math support due to the compass test I took. I did not meet the requirement. I have a 51 in this class and I have a chance to withdraw from this class on March 13! Now I talked to my professor and she stated that I may need to take the class over because it has been a awhile since I actually step in a class room [7years ago] Now this class does not hurt my GPA because it not considered a actually class. I’m Showing up to class, I’m doing my homework but I’m failing my test [ 45% of my grade] now I do attend tutoring. I’m not sure if I should keep fighting to pass the other test or just withdraw and retake agin?? Im stress and so upset with. myself because I feel like I spend hours doing homework and I can’t make a good grade on m test. Tell me what you guys think?
You lack the fundamentals to succeed.
You have forgotten too much past math to do well in the class.
Why didn’t you use workbooks or online self help site to brush up o your math and get your brain to doing math again.
You can’t understand and use new math concepts if you can’t remember the fundamentals.
Drop the class.
You are in a hole too deep to make a passable grade.
Don’t make things worse by getting an F.
Take the time until next semester to go back and review and do problems.
