ken what school did you go to? I’m curious since you live in NYC

I wonder if being an engineer makes you weird and ugly or whether being weird and ugly makes you an engineer? lol… no offense to anyone, just wondering. Sorry for the sweeping generality!

The stereotype of engineers is ridiculous lol, just because you like to utilize your brain more than the average joe, why does that have to make you weird or ugly?

It is not that engineers are ugly, it is that generally engineers are bad at taking care of themselves.

Being rejected by the other kids as a youngin means you have a lot of time on your hands, so much so that you actually took the time to understand your math homework. Not a bad case at all–there are plenty of weaklings or “non outdoorsy” types who are also dumbasses, I’d rather be a weakling who was at least smart.

Ok. I’m an EE. I was a naval aviator, I race mt. bikes, ride motorcycles, run, I can bench 245 lb (ok, that’s not so great as I weigh 170, but it’s not bad either), played baseball, football, wrestled, and pole-vaulted in high school, and best of all women half my age still hit on me. I think I’m fairly typical of most EEs.
