What do you think of my college list? (+other advice)

Hey guys. I got rejected ED too.

My grades dropped in junior year, but they improved significantly in my second attempt at the A-Level exams. (2 Bs and a C) O-Level years were good, though not excellent. (As and Bs, with the odd bad grade)

Roughly 4 Fs, and a few more Ds and Es are on my transcript. The rest are mostly As and Bs, with a few Cs. (so, As and Bs --> Cs ---> Ds and Es ----> Fs, in order of frequency)

SAT: 2000 (>650 on each section)
SAT II: Aiming for 750 in 2 of those subjects I did poorly on before

Where are you guys applying? What do you think of my college list?

Edit: PM me for the list.

Am I aiming too high? Any corrections I can make to that list? I'm thinking of applying ED II to Lafayette!

what’s your reason for low grades? what’s your GPA? Lafayette, and most schools, place academics on the top of your priority list. They use your grades, and the rigor of the classes you took, to see if you’ll be able to handle Lafayette’s academic rigor.

make sure you have safeties.

^

Depressed for a few years, but I took no meds? I was scared? What if giving my all wouldn’t be enough? I’m doing the bare minimum and I’m still doing better than most!

Long story short, I was an idiot?

Safeties? Which colleges, for example? I didn’t know we had safeties!

not really true safeties, but schools like SPC, UNO, etc.
