<p>Don’t forget that it is ultimately YOUR list pick the schools you want and however many auditions you can handle! Good list and good start. Everyone has said great tips on here so I won’t repeat them but I want to highlight the importance of your grades AND having a safety school. Good luck!</p>

<p>All of those programs are strong… but most are very different. Some, like NYU, Elon, Penn State, Wagner, UMich, etc… require more general education classes than others, like AMDA, Columbia College of Chicago, Carnegie Mellon, etc… </p>
<p>If you are looking for schools with an acting focus, some on your list may be moire focused upon that… there are others not on your list… like Shenandoah, Coastal, James Madison, Syracuse, etc… that are worth looking into. As others have said the list of schools is very student specific. Keep looking at curriculum, elective opportunities, and talking to students and program heads. Visit as many schools as you can. All of this will help you find a list of schools that may work for you. :)</p>
<p>@NAtlanticStudio…so glad you enjoyed the CCU Showcase. My D is Senior and we took the trip Friday to see it and thought they did a brilliant job! I gurantee they will get noticed in NYC!! CCU is a program that should definately be looked at. It is a wonderful, challenging and nuturing program. Good luck in this exciting journey. </p>
