What do you think of this apartment my friend and I are getting?

<p>An apartment that size in my tiny town in Ohio costs $500 per month. I’m pretty sure there are no apartments here that even go that high on rent, and even the people who build 7-bedroom mansions have lower house payments than that.</p>

<p>I think it’s really nice. It’s a good amount of space for two people, I think any more than that would be too crowded. Plus, $1,000 per person is NOT expensive for the area and the quality of the apartment.</p>

<p>It really depends on your income though. If you’re making a lot then go ahead but if it’s more than 50% your income then I’d hold off.</p>
