What do you think of this schedule

10th
Precalc Honors (or may take at local CC)
Bio AP
World History AP
English II Honors
Latin II Honors
Art History (not offered in Honors or AP)

I could take French II Honors instead of Art History...

11th
Calc AB AP (or might take calc at CC)
Chem AP
APUSH
AP English (is it lit and composition you take first?)
AP Physcology
Latin III Honors
(if changing Art History to french then) French III Honors

I might take an extra class at teh CC, not sure what...

12th
Calc BC AP ( or linear algebra at CC, or soem math course at CC)
AP Physics or enviromental science
either micro or macr AP
AP English
AP Stat
Latin AP
an extra class at CC?

so i have three Questions
1) Should I change my Art History to French II Honors? If Yes, what should i do for fine art? (I have a half year credit in color guard)
2) what classes do you suggest takign at the Community College? (CC)
3) My school doesnt offer AP European History, should I take thsi somewhere els eto get it in?
4) What do yu rate my schedule 1-10?

THANKS :)

1) No, your already in the pursuit of Latin.
2) Which ever class your interested in, it all depends on you.
3) Again, it all depends on your interest.
4) Hm, 10 out of 10. ( If you get all A's, lol )

1: But...don't you need to take French I to get to French II Honors, I don't see French I on your schedule. And even if you could, don't, we all know Latin is the best language ever.
2: I don't think you need to take extra classes at a CC, you already have a rigorous schedule. Rather, devote that time to developing ECs, and gaining leadership positions in them
3: Unless you really want to, because you just love European History, no.
4: 10/10! Don't sacrifice you ECs for APs though!

(and btw, most people take language and composition before lit)

^ Thanks for repeating what i said. Except for Num 2, sevitagen.

And... I'm thinking it'd be a good idea to take Art History and self study it AP if you are worried about it looking bad not taking it as honors or AP.

well, i agreed on most of what you said...

Well then, just say i agree, ^
Makes life easier.

thanks for all the help! Also, since i seemed to confuse you, 9th grade i took latin and french, that is why i considered it. Thanks again!

Needs more cowbell.

1) I'd take French, unless the school's language program is really bad. It might be more useful in the future, and if you're really into art, you can go to France to study it.

2) ...what classes do they have? haha. Whatever interests you. I don't think you should take linear algebra concurrently with BC Calc, though, I think you're supposed to take BC Calc previously to understand linear alg fully.

I'd take the CC course for AB and BC calc. b/c the high school course focuses on preparing for the AP test, so you don't learn all of calculus, you just learn the tested parts. The college course... depends on how good the cc is, but at least it wouldn't be so AP-obsessed. But if you just want that 5 on the AP, go for the HS class.

3) I don't think it's worth it. Unless you LOVE euro history, but it seems like you just want the AP.

4) 10! But I've found that my interests change through the years and I end up taking different courses than I'd planned.
