<p>I do this werid thing, I imagine a empty room. A completely clear neverending room that is empty. Its kinda like that room Neo goes to before entering the Matrix. Its simple and clear, it helps clear your mind. I know sounds corny but it works for me.</p>
<p>I count numbers starting at, like, 57, and think of nothing else. It's usually so boring that I fall asleep after about 10 or so.</p>

<p>How much the inadequate amount of sleep I get will suck when I get up, with my head hurting (cuz I didn't get enough sleep), and having to go straight to class (I board). I have even found myself calculating my position on my sleep cycle system, and wondering if I should just stay up some more.</p>
<p>Yeah... usually I'm just thinking about research ideas. I keep a pen and pad next to my bed in case i want to think about something later.</p>
<p>It takes me like 30 minutes to fall asleep. I always keep thinking about something funny someone's said, so I keep laughing to myself. lol.</p>
