What do you think would be a good major for me?

I kind of want to become a dentist. Could I get a BA in psychology and then take the prerequisites for dental school. Or would getting a B.S. in biology or biochemistry be more useful? I’m not 100% sure I’ll want to go to dental school, so which specific majors would be beneficial for me to get a job? I’ve applied as a biology major for most of the colleges I applied to but I might change my major. I have also heard that majoring in biology isn’t very useful unless you’re going to med school or dental school. Btw I’m not a huge fan of calculus so I don’t want to be a math major haha.

Yes, you can get a BA in psychology and take the dental prerequisites.

You can get a job with any major, but some majors lend themselves well to specific careers that are lucrative right now. Those tend to be majors like computer science, engineering, math, and statistics. Business and economics are in that pool, too. That said, the vast majority of college graduates are gainfully employed, so it’s really dependent upon what you want to do and your interests.
