One thing I have always wondered is why do we discuss the SAT on these forums but no one is allowed to discuss the AP exams?

Maybe I should delete all my SAT discussion posts >_>

Math: 800
CR: 740-800
W: 700-760

In three weeks I can come back and lol/cry over how overconfident I was. But I had no omits, nothing I really had a problem with [like no math problem that I didn’t know how to do] and haven’t found any mistakes in the discussion threads, though reading through the 40 pages gave me a headache so I gave up…

hey guys , how many do u think i can get wrong to get 760-780 in cr ? minimum and maximum. thankyou :)

Wait a minute, i thought we can 2-3 wrong on CR and still get an 800 if the curve is good

Math: 770-800 (most likely an 800 barring any ridiculously stupid mistakes)
CR:720-800 (depending on that rock/motor home section, everything else was great)
Writing: 750-800 (probably around a 770/780 because my multiple choice was great, already have a 770 though so I’m content, just need to improve my two-part)

Overall:2300+

800M
780-800W (depends on essay)
660-690CR

Guess what my weakness is/what section gave me a headache

I’m thinking
M: 700-ish
W: 700-ish, 10-12 on the essay
CR: 720-ish

Math…i bombed completely…i say 550 at the lowest and 600~630 (overreaching=/) at the highest. I just can’t do math at the SAT time restraints…
Critical Reading: 750+
Writing: 700+ cause I didn
t finish my essay again (maybe i got a 8~10 cause i didn
t get to write my conclusion)…

i was aiming for 2300 and up, but with that math I lowered my standards to like a 2100, 2000 at the lowest…

Hopefully, i wont have to be here reporting my scores AGAIN in October-__-;;

To help with the essay, just take 5 minutes max to make a little plan/outline.
Use the other 20 minutes to write and edit.
400+ words is great!

^thanks, i will do that if i`m back at again in october…cause the biggest mistake i made last time i took the sat was that i took ALOT of time to brainstorm and i even wrote my whole essay on my book before transferring it to the answer sheet…you could imagine how much time i didnt have to write it all out on the answer sheet.><

Math- 780 (minus 1)
Reading- 800 (missed 1 sent completion)
Writing- 770 (missed 2 and 11/12 on essay)

@blackglasses Aww, you will SO ace it next time.
Lol I know I had to disturb the people in the classroom I was in b/c as soon as she said begin, I read it and made the outline. I shuffled so much through the papers trying to organize my thoughts. Most people just started writing freehand, and I saw one girl only had two paragraphs in all by the end of the test. It’s overall much easier and more efficient to do a little planning, but it SOUNDS dumb to do it b/c 5 minutes of planning is 5 minutes of writing to others. In that extra 5 minutes that people chose to write, they blanked on like half of that, might as well plan.

700-750 Math
650-700 CR
650-700 Writing… essay was good, but I didn’t have enough time to make it as good as I could have made it… 9 or 10 ish…

min: 2000
max: 2150

I’m retaking it in November

i r clutch.

I plan as i write hehehe.
maybe its a bad thing…

^^^ It helps some people to do that. Adrenaline gets your brain to think it out just like that. I do that sometimes.
