What do you think?

So I'm a Junior in High School right now, I'm Indian-American, and I wanted to know if I stand a chance at any of these colleges:
Columbia University
Carnegie Mellon University
UPenn
Cornell
University of Chicago
and some other Ivy League's.

So I have an unweighted GPA of around 3.4-3.5. I've taken mostly Honors and AP's
SAT 2220 (M:750 CR:680 W:790) <--Hoping to get this up
PSAT 227
ACT 32
SAT II Math Level 2:800
SAT II Biology: Pending <--I intend to rock all of these subject tests
SAT II Physics: Pending
SAT II Chemistry: Pending
I'm the Founder of two clubs: The Homework Helpers Club, and the Science Team
I was part of the Math Team for 1 and a half years
I was the captain of my Science Bowl Team
I am part of National Honors Society
I have over 150 hours of community service and I volunteered at a Hospital in India.
I am waiting for my NMS status, but since I live in Connecticut, I'm sure that I will be admitted as a National Merit Scholar.
I played tennis for 5 years, and Squash for 3 years.
I'm on Student Government
blah blah blah...

The point is that I don't think I stand much of chance GPA-wise. Any feedback would be awesome, and if you have excruciating criticism, don't hold back.

Columbia, Penn, and the rest of the other elite schools love national awards/something that really sticks out. There are thousands of applicants with great ACT scores, GPA, etc., so how would you differentiate between the masses of somewhat equal students? You’d have to show great dedication in a particular extra-curricular activity that has actually made a difference in your community/state. I think Columbia and UPenn will be a long shot for you, but the other schools are up for grabs (as they are for everyone else).

GPA is dangerously low.
