PS:
I wrote about how joining the military gave me the discipline and drive to make a difference on a broader sense and a career in law/politics is a goal to do that. I had it reviewed by numerous teachers, counselors and a McGraw-Hill writing service. All with very positive feedback.

Dropped out of HS and recieved my GED
First Gen College Student

Anybody???

I’m not too familiar with Cal and UCLA but you definitely have a chance. You should get into the rest, your app is solid.

You have a pretty good shot at getting into all the schools you listed with the exception of UCLA and UCB. According to [Profile of Admitted Transfer Students by Major, Fall 2012 - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/Tr_Prof12_mjr.htm#PW)
you are just below the average GPA addmitted into UCLA for Political Science. If you wrote awesome essays and had a decent amount of ECs I’d say you have a decent shot at getting into UCLA. Berkeley might be a bit of a reach for you, but like I said, depending on those essays you still have a shot.
