What do you think?

I want to transfer and I have a few schools in mind. I would like to hear back from the community on what schools would be reach and safety schools.

Current college: Small private school
Entering as (soph/jr): Jr
Major: Finance
High School GPA: 3.3-3.4
SAT/ACT Scores: :( not very happy but willing to retake
SAT II Scores: None
College GPA: 3.71 - could increase/stay the same
Major GPA: 4.0
Hooks: First generation college student (Haitian) & I will get a great letter of rec from the head of the department at my internship.
US/Intl: US
ECs: Internship with major company, Treasurer of my class, hedge fund club, Econ club, and some volunteering

My EC's list will grow by the beginning of the spring semester.

My dream school is Cornell I'm sure that's a reach.
Please give your feedback

Where are you located?
Cornell will be full fees for you.

I live in New York and would like to stay on the east coast.

Try the SUNY’s. In my opinion they are under-rated and I’m in California!

my list looks something like: NYU, Cornell, Georgetown, Binghamton, & Syracuse.

Bump - Chances? [-O<

Cornell is not going to happen. If you apply to NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences as an economics major, you are in. I would not recommend applying to Stern because no one gets in as a transfer. Georgetown requires the sat for transfer. If you don’t get into Binghamton and Syracuse, I will be surprised.
