Continue how you like to. You seem like a pretty good student - so keep taking tough classes and challenging yourself and doing well in those classes. Continue with the extracurriculars you're interested in, and hopefully you'll naturally become a leader in the ones you've been most interested in. Don't stress too much about doing everything for college - admissions committees will see through that. So just do what you enjoy, and in the end, something you really enjoy will make for a surprisingly good college essay, and they'll be able to see your passion.

Good luck!
