what do you think??!

hi everyone i just wanted to know whether you guys thought i should apply to these schools listed below and also if i should take the SAT I again.

schools i was considering applying to:

1) UVA - early decision [in state]
2) UMD College Park
3) William and Mary
4) Virginia Tech
5) U Michigan Ann Arbor
6) Brown??? [hahahh long shot]

should i do more safety schools? are my reaches too ... not possible?

stats:

-SAT I - 750 Verbal, 660 Math, 660 Writing [after second time]
-SAT II's - Chinese - 740, US History- 720
-ACT - 30 [first time- consider retake?]
-GPA- 3.86
-EC's- French Honor Society [3 yrs, 1 yr of VP], NHS [2 yrs], yearbook [2 yrs, 1 yr clubs editor], band [1 yr], mentors [tutoring thing, 2 yrs], chinese school student council [pres 2 yrs], volleyball [freshman and club- 3 yrs], science honor society [1 yr], volunteer at Red Cross National Headquarters and at my chinese school, part time job at law office
-will have taken 8 aps by end of senior year and 8 honors classes
-school does not rank

please tell me the brutal truth, thanks =]

1) Retake SAT I for the third and final time. (Colleges will ask for your highest anyway so why not just go for it? No harm.)

2) Please, please, please do not submit SAT Chinese. Colleges do NOT care if you score an 800 on Chinese, let alone a 740. They will be repelled by that.

3) Don't retake ACT. Just do #1.

4) Private colleges require 3 SAT IIs. I only see two, and one shouldn't be used to apply to colleges. (The Chinese one) Replace Chinese with IIC and take another subject test.
You have a shot at UVA, UMAA, and even Brown if you succeed in ^.

I think Chinese is impressive if it's his second language.
