I took SAT three times in my high school year and those scores were very low than what I expected to get on real TEST.
I definitely believe that I will transfer in my junior year or sophomore year!
Do you guys think that I should consider to retake it?
My counselor recommend not to retake it a,nd many people told me that once you took SAT three times, it looks really bad and they average the scores.
Is this right?

You've gotten a lot of bad info.

You can take it more than 3 times, but you should be prepared for it. Don't retake it if your scores are not going up dramatically in practice. They don't look down on retakes unless you go overboard and aren't improving.

Schools do not average scores.

Don't plan on transferring after your soph year in college. You'll lose too many credits, because you will be taking fewer core classes and mostly major, minor and upper level elective courses when you become a junior. Many of those credits won't transfer from one school to another if they don't offer similar programs or classes, or have different degree requirements.

SAT scores are less important if you're a transfer student with a solid college GPA, so if you've already been accepted to a good school, don't worry about your SAT score for now. When you start considering a transfer, research the schools you're interested in and see what their stats are, and how competitive your SAT score is. Talk to admissions and ask how important it is, and tell them your college GPA. Some won't even ask for an SAT score for transfers, whereas some will still want to see a good one. It really varies.

Hope this helps.
