What are my chances?

Also, i've been accepted to Smeal school of business at penn state. Is the business school good at Syracuse? Which is better you think? Is it hard to transfer from cas to business school in syracuse?
Thanks.

The school of business at Penn State is pretty top notch. I would say reputation-wise, business at Penn State is more well-known for being a good program than business at Syracuse. I think it would be silly to go to Syracuse for double/four times the price, depending on how your finances work out.

That said if you think Syracuse is the perfect school for you and you have the money to attend, doing business at Syracuse definitely won't limit your options if you do well.

thanks for the comment. I am from NJ so the tuition will be expensive at both schools. I have a feeling that smeal is a better/well known school than the school at syracuse. Yet, unfortunatly i will not be at main campus for first year or two. this creates a problem socially. academicaly it does not matter what campus you go to. i like the syracuse campus very much, but i may be a poor choice on my part to choose syracuse business over penn state.

Oh, in this case I don't think it's a bad choice. I would hate transferring too and would probably choose Syracuse. I think if you do well wherever you go you can be successful, and that name/prestige isn't everything.
