<p>I'm a junior and have my heart set on Cornell but I'm not sure if I can get in. Here's my stats.

SAT II: Haven't taken yet
AP: Chem: 5 US History: 5
AP Classes I will have completed: AP Chem, US History, English Language, English Literature, Psychology, Biology, Physics, Gov't and Economics, and Calculus A & B
GPA (unweighted): 4.0 GPA (weighted): 4.6
Ranked number 5 weighted in my class

Do I stand a chance? If not, what's the best I could do? I really feel like an under-achiever in the midst of such greatness in these forums.</p>
<p>you are a junior, enjoy your junior year and wait until you are a senior to worry yourself about whether you get in or not, and since you know you really want to go to cornell my advice is that you visit as much as you can, so the admissions see you love cornell, then apply ed, and once you have applied post again next year, thats when you can worry yourself, but for now...relax, sorry if that didn't help</p>

<p>it looks like you have an above average chance to good chance for ed, and average chance for rd, might have too many clubs, but yes you are definately a solid applicant, but that is for an adcom to decide</p>
