<p>For tv, we rarely watched it in the dorms, even though we had a tv in our room. It was nice to have but definitely not necessary (since you can watch DVDs on your computer, and often find shows online). Since many people on the hall liked the same shows (House, Lost) we would all get together and watch them on the tv in the lobby.</p>
