What does a 31 ACT math convert to on the SAT

So, what does a 31 math ACT convert to on the SAT1?

While it mathematically converts to a 700, I have heard that it is equivocated to SAT percentiles.

Some say that it is (based on SAT math percentiles) a 720-740. Is this true?

690-710 so I estimate that 700 is right.

~690.
