I know, annoying question. I’m trying to prepare myself for rejection/acceptance in December and want to know what to expect.

Big envelope, small envelope, etc…

Thanks!

Thanks!

Acceptance in a big envelope via express mail, at least for RD (and I think for ED as well).

Yup, it's the same for ED:)

Thanks! Good to know. Now I'll know my fate the second I pick up the mail...hmm...not sure that's a good thing!:p

Although I guess it would just be putting off the disappointment if both envelopes were small.

2 more months. I'm tired of waiting already and I haven't even sent in my application!

I know exactly how you feel! I'm applying ED as well, and am planning on starting my applications...soon. Good luck!

Good luck to you too! Hopefully we'll see each other at Barnard next fall!

And if you want to be adventurous, you can try your ID number on the acceptance website a few days before/the day that the letters are supposed to be sent out. That's how I found out, but I did get the large package a few days later.

I'm assuming you get the ID number once you submit your application?

Last annoying question! Does anyone know when the ED notifications came out last year? Did they actually come out on the 15th, or was it a little earlier?

According to the FB group, they were mailed Dec. 13th. Some got them the 14th and most got them the 15th.

Thanks! 6 weeks from tomorrow...ugh. Seems so far away...
