What does Columbia look for?

<p>Different schools rank SAT scores, subject test scores, GPA, extracurriculars, interviews, recommendations, etc. differently, right? (Well, with GPA being the most important usually.) Does anyone know what comes first for Columbia? And second, third, whatever. :)</p>
