<p>We are OOS, what does getting Cap'd mean?</p>

<p>Basically, if you aren’t admitted, they offer you to participate in CAP, which means that, for a year, you go to any of the participating universities in the UT system (UTSA, UTEP, UTPB, et cetera), and afterwards you’re guaranteed admission into UT Austin if you’ve met certain GPA requirements. But I’m pretty sure it’s only for in-state students.</p>
