For the international ones, was it just plain snail mail, air mail, courier...??

which students get the metal strap thing and the note saying they will pay??
I am sure not all....

NU's been my flimsiest acceptance package so far, hahaha.

omg they pay for Wildcat Days transportation for some people? Gah! Think they'd offer to pay for mine if I e-mail them?

Maybe it is some foreshadowing of your F/A package?

We bleed purple =).

If you actually matriculate, you're more likely to get stuff. My year, we got a northwestern class t-shirt, a mccormick class t-shirt, and a usb key provided by alumni association. The following year got the same, except instead of a USB key, they got nalgene (like) water bottles.

Any internationals who did NOT get the package yet??

Of all my acceptance packages, Northwestern's the thinnest. Just a folder with forms and envelopes. Not even a brochure with absurdly happy people!

dweezer, ivanadoeslimbo, were you guys able to get a response about the trip? (I got luggage tags too :)

Zeugma, that's because the admissions office is sensitive to rejected applicants who might get even more depressed if their accepted friends carrying a fat folder full of that stuff.

I love purple though. It's been my favorite color for some months now.

^^^
haha, but NU is the only college i've gotten into, besides my safety...
it would have been nice for something better, but at least I have a college now...

*if they see their accepted friends carrying around fat folders full of that stuff.

sorry, typed too fast.

Razzle, we're glad to have you join us next year. Get excited!
