<p>One of my son's recommender says he uploaded his letter of recommendation to the Common Application. However, it doesn't say "submitted", it only says "Started on 9/17/11". </p>
<p>Does this mean he did something wrong and he didn't submit it? Should my son contact the Common App. people?</p>
