What does it mean when the transfer materials are due by March 1st?

<p>This is in regards to Georgetown. It says all materials are due by March 1st. I am probably just stressing out cause this is really confusing, do I have until tonight (and of so eastern or pacific time?) or do I hve until tomorrow? </p>

<p>Application due by the tomorrow 11:59 PM deadline. In fact, they’ll even give you a one to two hour time period just in case. (This happened to my friend who submitted his application to Stanford and was late by 30 minutes or so.) He was waitlisted so I always joke with him saying if he would of turn the app in earlier, he would have been accepted. Haha.</p>

<p>Anyways, and transcripts, LORs, etc must be postmarked by the due date or in this case tomorrow.</p>
