What does it take to get in to McGill?

I know alot of people make these types of posts asking for predictions, but I honestly have no clue what it takes to get into McGill and I'd like to know if anyone has any faith that I will get in:

SAT I:
Math: 690
Verbal: 670
Writing: 710

SAT II:
Math IC: 730
US History: 680

unweighted GPA: 3.83
weighted GPA: 4.63

to get in you want to atleast have:

a pulse
preferably an ACT of 30+ or an equivalent SAT score
and a GPA (unweighted) of 3.7+.

so if for anyone else reading this, I'll make it even shorter:

30+ ACT, 3.7+/4.0 GPA. Leave your essay/resume writing ability at home, they don't want it.

Other things too:

What are the stats for faculty of management? Is it very hard to get into this faculty?

When do students typically get notifications?

Will McGill let you retake an SAT in January or is it too late?

1) management is a joke here. From some of the people I see here, it doesn't seem that hard; don't quote me on that.

2) you could here back anywhere from Feb. 1st - May 1st.

3) call mcgill.

Jan SAT isn't too late, they need the documents before march (beginning or end?)
