Do you think i could get in?

Are you in-state or OOS?
I think if you can get 30+ more on your SAT (2000ish), you'll have a pretty good shot because of your rank.

You need to have SAP CR + M of 1500 to get in. Class rank and GPA are not counted.

Sorry, SAT not SAP.

"You need to have SAP CR + M of 1500 to get in. Class rank and GPA are not counted."

You do NOT need a 1500 to get in. I had neither and I am in.

It would be nice to know what your CR+M was, kkwa.

740m 750cr

I had 720/730, 3.25 gpa and I got in Plan 2.

They look at a lot more than your gpa in admissions, and even then they look at the high school you went to, etc.

It depends on the program you want.

LAH has loose standards because a LOT of the kids they accept don't take it (they either Plan II or go elsewhere).

Dean's and Turing only take like 20 kids each a year so they are really hard to get in to.

BHP uses rank as a major part of their criteria, you really need top 5% to have a shot there.

Plan II really makes the essays the focus. If you write well, you will have a strong chance.

But honors admissions does look at you more holistically than regular, so if you have special qualities you are more likely to stand out.
