What does John Hopkins University School of Medicine look for in applicants?

I will be a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in a few years and I would like to apply to JHU's school of medicine with a pre-med and a degree in Biomedical from Georgia Tech. Do you guys know what JHU looks for in their applicants? Also does anyone know how many people applied to JHU's medical school and how many got in etc. Thanks for all your help.

Wrong forum. Post in the pre-med forum, or on studentdoctor.

He is right. However, to offer some insight, first you should make sure you have the expected academic stuff down: high GPA (Johns Hopkins Medicine is in direct competition with Harvard Medical School for number one, so it should be really high). High MCAT. You will be expected to have extensive research experience, shadowing experience, clinical experience. Have a strong personal statement and if interviewed, make sure that goes well.

Thanks for the replies. I did post it in the pre-med forum. Thanks for the help though.
