What does submitted application look like?

<p>I submitted my Lehigh supplement, and it says 'submitted 12/31/2008', but the shape is still yellow square... Is this an issue? and in the My Colleges section, the overall Lehigh is yellow although I submitted my CommonApp, and supplement... I didn't receive any e-mail... I'm afraid</p>

<p>And also, the School Forms is yellow, and says NOT ALL SUBMITTED. My teachers sending my forms by mail. is this OK?</p>
