<p>Yes, to access the application you will need to create an account <a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU; . The application for Fall 2014 will be available October 1st, but you can create an account now if you want. Other application opening dates:</p>

Spring August 1
Summer February 1</p>
