What does the SAR look like?

<p>I'm filling out a scholarship and have to include a copy of my SAR.</p>

<p>On the fafsa website, when I click view processed information or whatever, and it takes me to a 5 page document that is a summary of all the information I put into FAFSA, is my SAR just the first page?</p>
