What does this email mean from HR?

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and hoping someone can help me figure out this email from HR.

So I got accepted to a company for a summer internship, but I've decided to do a spring coop. So I contacted the HR Manager and told her about my interest in a coop. She replied back and said that "... you have now posted for a coop position. That is great news. Please let me know if any issues come up."

Does it mean I'm being considered or I have the coop? If I am being considered what is the likelihood that I will get the coop given that I have already been selected for an internship?

She is glad to hear that you applied for their co-op. That is good feedback, but doesn’t mean you have the co-op until they reach out and explicitly offer it to you. But given her response, and your offer for the internship, I would say you have a decent chance of getting the co-op assuming a more qualified candidate doesn’t step in and apply as well.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Appreciate it.
