What does this mean...?

Hi everyone… I heard that Syracuse sends out in “waves”. I know people who have heard so far, but I have not. Does that mean that I won’t get in or is it just random?
Thanks…

anyone...? please?!

Though I don't know specifically for Syracuse, you shouldn't be depressed about not receiving a letter as yet. Almost all colleges say that letters will be mailed out latest by the 1st week of april. So don't lose hope just as yet :)

but from wad I know, most of those sent during 1st week of April are those who don't make it... Sorry, that's wad somebody told me...

Both acceptances, rejections and wait list are sent at the same time for most schools. Do not believe that if you haven't heard you are not in. Give it 3 more weeks and you will have heard from all schools.

As far as schools sending out in waves; usually that means they are sent by areas of the country, the school within the college, or any other random reason. At our local high school, my daughter receives her grades days after some of her friends. This is from a school around the corner!

Good luck!
